DONALD HANSEN

Mr. Hansen (B.Sc. Eng) has over 30 years of energy experience with both domestic and international assets, from field operations to CEO, and as a financier. Don is a founder, and currently a managing director, of SW Energy Capital Limited Partnership, a ScotiaBank sponsored private equity energy fund. Don was a founder and director of Black Gold Energy LLC which operated in Indonesia and returned significant value to shareholders when sold to Niko Resources. As President and CEO, Don built Northrock Resources Ltd. from the ground to 35,000 boe/d. After Northrock became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Unocal Corporation, Don agreed to assume the role of VP International Energy Operations for Unocal in Houston and was responsible for several international operating areas and all ‘new venture’ initiatives. In addition to other various private and public boards, Don served as a director for InterOil Corporation which has been highly successful operating in SE Asia.
DR. TIM ENGLAND

Dr. England (B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D, P. Geol.) has over 30 years of experience in petroleum exploration specializing in basin analysis and new venture development, with exploration successes in the Arctic, Gulf of Mexico, Trinidad, Colombia, Peru and the North Sea. Dr. England’s early career with Union Oil, Imperial Oil, and BP in North America, led to progressively senior international exploration management roles at Talisman where he completed his tenure as VP Exploration Norway. At Talisman he led the Global New Venture team and was a driving force behind the design of the renewed international exploration strategy for the company which was rolled out in 2008, a key component of which was growth in SE Asia, particularly in Vietnam, Indonesia and PNG. Since 2009 he has been working primarily on projects in Indonesia, China, and Mongolia. Having worked with many pure exploration teams on projects spanning six continents, as well as with integrated E&P teams in Aberdeen, Stavanger, and Houston, Dr. England has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in the international environment.
PAUL GILLERAN
director
Mr. Gilleran has over thirty years of experience in the onshore and offshore geophysical industries, including twenty years throughout the Asia Pacific region with CGGVeritas (1979-1997) and TGS-NOPEC (1997-2008). Paul was a founding member of Black Gold Energy and was instrumental in negotiating its company-founding hydrocarbon exploration rights and data acquisition program. Paul is also the founder and Managing Director of Singapore-based GeoData Ventures, a SE Asian focused 2D and 3D seismic data enterprise.
